I opened HR Wise People in 2020 to help businesses resolve complex people or organisational issues that could impact their company’s performance.
I bring solid hands-on HR experience of managing complex issues having worked directly with management teams on some of Australia’s most ambitious resources projects.
That experience means I have seen, dealt with and managed the complicated and risky people issues that keep executives and boards up at night.
I have a genuine passion for working with leaders to elevate their focus to strategic and high-value areas through executive coaching and facilitation.
